What do you do to stop somebody from snoring. My brother told me this technique people use to make people stop snoring, but won’t tell me what it is. Can someone here tell me what it is? or perhaps some factual ones? don’t need any sleepapnea comments here. just some techniques.

For little while or put lumpy pillow in their side always if they may need to make them over on their back to see doctor about sleep apnea.

The back of tshirt if they lie on their back when most snoring occurs theyll feel uncomfortable and roll over hope this helps.
