I have a 10 month old Persian cat and I have recently noticed that heis snoring at night when he is asleep beside me. Should I take him to the vet? Could he have respiratory problems? Thanks!

I would - might be a respiratory problem but he might have a problem in his nose.

The way they are bred with flattish faces persians do snore lot.

Persians do snore, but I would definately check with a vet and make sure everything is OK.

      Good Luck!

The snoring then bring him to see any abnormal signs coming from your persian that might be connected.

IT MAY BE A RESPITORY PROBLEM AND YOU SHOULD TAKE TO SEE VET. ALSO, IS YOUR CAT OVERWEIGHT CUZ THAT COULD BE THE ISSUE.
