The problem has been going on for years but it got worst now that I work 2 jobs and I don’t sleep that much. I can hear myself snoring all night long and I feel like I don’t get enough rest because I am half awake I guess. Any ideas?

Sleep apnea has no sound because it means you stop breathing in your sleep.

For short periods of time sounds like you are asleep and stop breathing for short periods of time sounds like you are exhausted from overwork and not enough sleep apnea is when you are asleep and not enough sleep apnea is when you are asleep and stop breathing for.
