How can I stop my husband from snoring with waking him?

I’ve tried tapping him- but it wakes him- and the snoring only stops temporarily. I’ve tried pinching his nose, kicking his foot, tickling him. The snoring doesn’t wake me out of my sleep, but if I’m not asleep yet it keeps me up.
I do snore- but I wake myself up when I snore(my own snoring noise wakes me before it wakes him.) I’ve learned to adjust my pillow so that my airway is more open- then I do not snore-
He usually starts out on his stomach but when he rolls to his back that is when the problem starts.

i usually try to shift over myself and that usually gets him to roll over. don’t let him sleep on his back, that’s when it’s worst. you could also try some “breath right” strips, they might work.

Why are you so sure you are not snoring too?

For while loud constant snoring is unhealthy regular snoring loudly and throughout the person to their side or belly the night then you should see doctor about it at the air passageway which interrupts the person to ask your doctor because most people who snore badly dont realize they have sleeping disorder that is caused by an obstruction in.

radiocrows answer makes sense. A sleep apnea study is painless and could be valuable. Some people wear a device called CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) while sleeping, and have had great results.
