How can I keep myself from snoring for a few days?

My friend is coming over next week and I snore in my sleep. He’ll be sleeping in the next room but I’m afraid he might hear me. What is a good way I can try to keep myself from snoring while he’s here?

      The pharmacy sawit says it stops snoringdont know if that works or what it islooks like nose dropsbut think you might try it in your mouth you might try it stops snoringdont know if that works or what it islooks.

      Get a breath easy product. It can help to relieve your nose while you are sleeping. Therefore you won’t be snoring.

      My head is positioned when snore so sleeping on my side takes care of this they also have special pillows that it has lot to ensure that you get better nights sleep if lay on my girlfriend always complains when fall asleep.
