Snoring

I snore pretty heavily at night.. Loud enough that my wife normally kicks me out on the couch lol. I have lost 20 pounds, quit smoking, tried breathe right strips, mouthpieces, and not sleeping on my back, but nothing works at all. I would rather not go to a sleep clinic (what my doc recommended). Any ideas or tips? Thanks alot guys

Her snoring is getting worse with each pound she gains. It’s obviously because of fat in her throat. She’s a heavy sleeper and probably doesn’t even know. I am thinking of taking a video so she can watch and listen to how horribly annoying it is.

Should I just come right out and tell her she’s got to stop eating so that I can sleep?

I have bought nose sprays, nose bandaids, throat sprays, nose clips, oils and balms and creams, humidifiers and vaporizers, and I am losing way too much sleep over this…
I have tried ear plugs and that doesn’t work either, I can’t get them to stay in my ears…
I also leave the TV on to try to drown him out and also a fan going in the room…
Nothing on earth works…
I think he needs nose surgery…
