Snoring

My friends always tell me I like, Snore in my sleep, or make weird noises, like moaning and all. Do you know of any solutions to stop this?

I have asthma, and it’s getting better, and I also hada floppy wind pipe when I was smaller. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
The Snoring is worse when I am on the ground.
Like, everyone knows that. Why is it worse when you sleep on the ground though?
